“Lorena was so helpful and the vibes very great. Didn’t feel rushed or pressured and had a laugh with her. Lewis as well is great and the prices are super good compared to other holiday booking places”

“Evelyn at the kings lynn branch was very helpful in helping us choose a holiday for our family and she advised us of attractions within the local area of our hotel that we are able to visit while on holiday, she also showed us what the hotel has to offer which looks great for all ages. We are looking forward to a wonderful family holiday next year thank you.”

“The level of customer service shown to us by Lorena at your Milton Keynes branch is outstanding. She is a credit to your company. Lorena recomended a holiday us to suit our needs and requirements. She kept us informed all the time even when they were short staffed at short notice. I am happy to say that we booked it with her today.”

“We had Maddie in kings Lynn branch. She was very helpful. We found an error in paper work our fault but with one phone call and within 15mins it was all sorted. We will definitely be using sunlounger again”
