“Good customer service at the kings Lynn office do think it’s pretty bad though in less than an hour though we checked the prices against tui and you were £300 more expensive on exactly the same holiday, flights and everything”

Hi Tony, and thank you for the feedback, I'm pleased to hear you experienced great service in-store. As you'll be aware, at the time of booking we offered you the same price that TUI were displaying, but I can also see that that the cost went down £218 after you booked, how very frustrating for us all. I am however pleased to see that Courtney has adjusted the price to the best of her ability after the fact. I'm sorry that you feel we were more expensive, but sadly we can only advise the prices we're being presented by the operators at the time off booking. I can see our Branch Manager in Kings Lynn (Courtney) has been in contact, discussed and resolved this for you which is great to see.

Thank you for the feedback, it's very much valued. As you'll appreciate with the ever changing rules regarding entry to different countries and the requirements for return to the UK, we have had to spend slightly longer than normal checking that, at the time given, the advice we provide is 100% accurate. You comments will be fed back to the branch for their attention.

“They ladies was very helpful with my enquiries about a holiday as I had loads. My holiday isn't till next year 2022 so can't comment on anything else and this is my first time using them so hopefully I can write a positive review after my first holiday with them.”
