“Sian has been extremely helpful throughout my whole booking experience and even though she was not in the shop when I booked my holiday her colleague was able to pick the email correspondence up making booking a very easy process.”

“Sian has been more than helpful, we communicated by email and in person, and have chosen a holiday to Thailand. Sian was able to easily work out flight timings and connections which made the whole process very simple.Early days but hoping the rest of the arrangements run a efficiently and smoothly.”
