“Found Maddie extremely helpful. Being a wheelchair user I require quite alot of help and reassurance, when booking anything out of my comfort zone. “Evelyn at the kings lynn branch was very helpful in helping us choose a holiday for our family and she advised us of attractions within the local area of our hotel that we are able to visit while on holiday, she also showed us what the hotel has to offer which looks great for all ages. We are looking forward to a wonderful family holiday next year thank you.”

“The level of customer service shown to us by Lorena at your Milton Keynes branch is outstanding. She is a credit to your company. Lorena recomended a holiday us to suit our needs and requirements. She kept us informed all the time even when they were short staffed at short notice. I am happy to say that we booked it with her today.”
