“Megan was very polite ,listened carefully to our requests and understood them ,we booked a holiday to spain ,and Megan will be sending us details and options for a tour holiday in India ,she obtained assistance from a colleague to make sure the information for this was as full as possible ,we look forward to hearing from Megan again with options and details . It was very pleasant that she both took her time and was not pushy in any way”

“We were made to feel very comfortable by lewis as soon as we arrived . He arranged drinks for us both and asked how he could help . His knowledge of where we wanted to go was very helpful and we soon decided on where to go and for how long . We went to tui direct last week but didnt book as the lady who saw us just didnt relly help . So we had a great experince with lewis as he was so helpful and friendly .”
