“We called in this morning having an idea of when and where we wanted to go on holiday, Sian in the King's Lynn branch was extremely helpful and patient while we fine tuned what we wanted. Service was excellent and Sian was a very pleasant and knowledgable advisor. Came away sometime later holiday booked and two happy customers. A nice touch a complimentary cup of tea and coffee, in a pleasant shop.”

“Fabulous Customer Service from Lewis Haigh, Assistant Manager in the Milton Keynes Branch. He listened to what we wanted, had good overall knowledge of the best places and lots of hints and tips.Lewis was very friendly and easy to talk to and we felt that we had made a friend. I required further information a few days later and he was straight on the case, calling me back to tell me it was sorted. We have been to other travel agencies and this was by far the best, we will definitely use again and recommend to friends.”

“Megan was very polite ,listened carefully to our requests and understood them ,we booked a holiday to spain ,and Megan will be sending us details and options for a tour holiday in India ,she obtained assistance from a colleague to make sure the information for this was as full as possible ,we look forward to hearing from Megan again with options and details . It was very pleasant that she both took her time and was not pushy in any way”
