“sent out the wrong item which arrived 4 days late, i sent them pictures of the wrong item and a week later haven't heard a thing, iv asked for a refund and return lable and im still waiting for a reply”

“I needed to fix leaking toilet flush systems on 2 toilets and went to the Hinckley branch of Stuart Plumbing, as I'm not confident regarding any plumbing issues the person serving me spent time with me explaining what to do to fix the problem and how to clean the system, he sold me just the parts I needed, he even said to call back if there are any issues. I have now completed the work, all is working well so thankyou so much to the Hinckley staff who are not just there to sell stuff over the counter. They should have more than a 5 star rating, thankyou”

“Speedy delivery of fittings and at a decent price. The only slight moan would be the 20 thread to 15mm solder converters are shown as copper on the website whereas they are only available in brass.”
