The tutor Jackie Douglas, was very professional and skilled in delivering first-class education.
Jackie was always calm, respectful, and considerate of everyone in the class, regardless of their background and created a very inclusive learning environment where everyone felt comfortable asking questions and participating.
The course material was very well-organized and easy to follow. Jackie used a variety of teaching methods, including lectures, demonstrations, and hands-on exercises. She also provided us with plenty of resources to help us learn the material, such as readings, videos, and practice scenarios.”
