“I recently completed the Level 3 Management and Leadership course with Strive Training, and I can honestly say it exceeded my expectations. Although the course was intensive, it was extremely engaging and well-structured throughout. The handouts provided were clear, concise, and packed with practical information that I can already see being useful in real-life workplace scenarios and future roles.
Our tutor, Connie, was outstanding—she brought energy, clarity, and encouragement to every session. One of the most valuable aspects was how she guided us through small group projects from the course portfolio. Working in these teams helped us apply the material collaboratively, practice leadership and delegation in a hands-on way, and gain different perspectives from our peers. It really brought the content to life and strengthened both our confidence and understanding.

“Very good trainer. Learnt a lot as not had to do a CV for nearly 30 years. 4 days into 5 due to Bank Holiday made it challenging to keep up and would like to have had more time on preparing CV as this was the biggest thing for me. I have been telling people how good a course it was”

“I thought the course was excellent. Our tutor was very willing to share his knowledge and his feedback was always useful. There was lots of variety over the five days, with online sessions, videos and a guest speaker who was very helpful and shared their knowledge of working for the Civil Service.
