“The course contents were invaluable. Being able to practice responses for interview questions and get feedback on your CV was really helpful. We learned how the civil service recruitment process works- the key message being that you have to really use the STAR method for applications. Thankfully the course covers this but makes it clear that most applications (civil service or otherwise) need to incorporate this methodolgy for responses so it was good to learn how to use examples for future applications.
It's worthwhile doing this course if you feel defeated by the job market as it helps to inspire people to look at the whole recruitment process from a new perspective - I have come away feeling positive and for that I am very grateful. Thank you to our excellent tutor.”

“I have learnt all what a start-up business needs, I learned how to develop a business plan, and what the UK business environment requires in term of legislations, what are the rights of customers, how to have positive competition with competitors, keep customers satisfied, how to ensure offering quality products to markets and most important, I feel confident for starting up a business compared to my feeling before participation in this course.
