“Strive training was really useful. It helped me write out a CV and a pseronal statement thoroughly. I wasnt aware you can target the CV and personal statement to the specific jobe role you are applying. I was simply usuing one CV and one template of personal statement. I was given very good feedback about how and what is correct in both the documents. Another aspect of the training was getting ready for an interview. I would say this was the weakest aspect of getting a job for me. The training allowed me to acknowledge how to answer the question in a certain way, using the STAR structure. .”
