“The trainer took time to make sure eveyone understood all concepts of the course and let those that already knew a lot about them take it at their own pace as well. They made sure everyone was up to date without micromanaging students. If anyone was severely behind they took time to help them one-to-one in their own time which kept things going well. Strive were very informative about coruse starting times, etc, and made sure that everyone had the best chance of succeeding.”

“Enjoyed the course mostly but felt it was more suited to people searching for their first/second jobs, (creating a CV, basic interview skills..) I had been given the impression it would be more targeted and focus on Civil Service applications”
Thank you for your review and for your honest feedback! 🙂 This course does cover the employability basics quite comprehensively, but we hope you were able to gain something from the Civil Service insight. If you need any further help, feel free to reach out to the team!

“My tutor, Steve, was extremely supportive, and I appreciated the feedback he gave regarding my CV, cover letter, and my answer to an interview question.
However, I felt that there should have been more time allocated to the tasks.”
