“I finished one of the well-run online courses today. It was informative, friendly and was presented at a pace that the group could all keep up with. Our host/assessor made sure we were all supported during the course and explained anything we didn't quite understand. As with anything, you get as much out of it all, as you are prepared to put into it... but I really do think the course will help many, if not all, of us in the group, to go on and present a much better interview.
