“I was uncertain as to what to expect with the training. One thing, I knew for a certainty was that I was doing something wrong with my job applications/search. I was yet to receive any call back considering the number of applications, I sent out. The first two days were challenging as the processes were somewhat new to me.
I would like to commend the trainer, she was very patient, listened to my concerns, and pointed me in the right direction.

But I believe Strive can improve by not requiring the student to have MS Word or Adobe software to complete forms. As having to complete forms or docs and then add or upload them proved problematic for many students. Having a safe online form the same for all students would be better”
