“Before starting the course I could not understand why I could not get the jobs. I thought that my
CV was good, structured and clear. I thought that I knew plenty of thing. Then the course started
and as it was going ahead, I finally recognise what was missing. It was the course that make me
understand that I have to Link – Match – Evidence with what each specific job advert was asking. I
do admit that during the procedure there were moments where I cried from confusion, I struggled
and I felt tired. But this were the moments I appreciate and loved the most. When knowledge

“My 5 stars and any positive feedback goes directly to the tutor, Antonia Kyriacou. She was amazing - her positivity was contagious and her dedication to the course’s mission was inspiring. She made an effort with each and every student and it was clear that her intentions were pure. She has given me the boost I needed on my job search and her tips and advice were super insightful and helpful.
As for the actual structure and content of the course, I appreciated the digital CV platform and the space for tutor feedback. But the amount of time spent on things not directly associated to job applications (e.g health and safety, risk assessment, student feedback and surveys) was obstructively time consuming and unnecessary. Also, the pace of the course was unbearably slow at times. Doing five days (6 working hours each day) of this course yet also having tasks to complete in the evening was unreasonable. These evening tasks should have been structured within the days’ sessions.
I am happy I done the course purely thanks to Antonia and to the other students I met.”
