“I thought our tutor, Janet, was excellent. Marks out of ten, I would score her eleven. She was extremely patient with those with no previous experience in warehousing (me) and limited computer skills (me again).
As for the course itself, I felt on occasions that the quesions became slightly repetitive. Along the lines of 'the cat sat on the mat, explain.' Next question, 'sat the cat on a mat, expand.'
To be fair, I do feel more confident in applying for a warehuse job.”

“The tutor was very good. Very patient and thorough. Providing lots of material to go through. Gave lots of examples. You really felt that he wanted everyone to pass, no exceptions. Wasn't irritated have to repeat himself or having to answer the same questions more than once. He told us of his personal experience in applying for work. Everything was very useful. He was also very motivating. A great course and a great tutor.👍🏼 Also what I learnt about the Civil Service was very interesting.”
