I haven't attended any Zoom classroom lessons, only webinars during COVID-19, however, I feel Zoom classrooms are so much better than face-to-face, thanks to being a part of Strive training. The week has passed by so quickly and because of Trina, I wish we could have longer.
I was always applying for Civil Service roles and not getting far, however, upon beginning this course and especially the Weds session when Leila performed a presentation for us, I applied for roles using the key elements of the course and have been successful and have to complete a situational video interview by Sunday.
I feel so confident in being able to do this and will be going over the behavioral module with a fine toothcomb before completing my Situational test to ensure I have 100 % confidence and understanding and hopefully be successful and i will be letting you guys know the outcome.
