The training was well-managed but I found the content quite rudimentary, so I'm not sure how valuable it was for me. However for someone who has been out of work for a long while, or has just left school, it might be really valuable.

I am unsure of the course objectives and outcomes but I felt that it was perhaps a little too basic in areas. I would have liked more depth on the civil service assessment protocols and time on answering more questions of different sorts for interviews. Steve Carr was a decent chap and patiently supported some who did seem to need more support than others who just got on with it. I feel the course could be designed with graduates having a separate group so that their aspirations and targets are reflected in the learning.

It was good, digestible course but didn't respond well to my learning style and more personal aspects I struggle with in educational settings that can't really be accommodated for or helped via calls. So it was more a personal matter than anything bad regarding the teacher or the course itself. Easy to do and even if you missed something, it was easy to catch up and everything was taught well

I found it quite hard to hear the tutor, so had to sit right in front of her. My laptop screen was very dark. I swapped it for one at a vacant desk, and it was fine. The pupil next to me had a laptop where the " was in the @ key and vice versa. The sun through the window was a problem, as one of the blinds had fallen off. I felt the course only really needed to be two days max. It was like a two day course stretched out to five. There was a lot of time sitting and doing very little. I did, however, gian some useful information that will help me in my search for employment.

Good training, however I feel like I already knew most of the things taught. I think the training should be more in depthn and give people higher level of insight so they can actually have an edge when applying for an application.

The course was OK but I anticipated much more in the beginning. The content delived was not much but the exercises were a lot. I wanted to learn more about other forms of digital communication like emails, chats.

I feel that sometimes the tutors patience wore thin due the the various competency levels of the group

Not that useful if you already have a good CV and cover letter, more for people who need help getting started

Excellent portfolio platform for Students to cover all units and to follow Tutor's comments, though on Zoom online training for the 60+ Skills for Success Course I Al.. noticed where participants attend and was very blurry screens from my Google notepad so I experienced everyone responding at once to the Tutor' questions. Need more clarity to understand too much different voices at once during the learning outcome units questions. Thank you enjoy Alder

Easy set up. Nice and knowlagble career advisor. Great opportuinty to be with people as being out of work can be a lonly experience. However, for those of us who have had a good career in a professional settting this is course is not necessary. For me the day that I got real value from was when the Civil service advisor came in for use to ask questions. I would recomend this course to anyone who will be new to work such as school/uni leaving students or those who need to upskill into a new career.

Overall The course was useful. Some valuable information to help with getting back into employment. Panel engagement that's offered through Zoom chat was good. Got some helpful information through discussion. Some available options for employment But I felt the course could have been condensed. The course felt a bit too long with long hours.
