One thing I would say is that the course could've been shorter, there was a lot of stuff that could be cut out to reduce the course to 7 days perhaps.”

Also perhaps the courses could be modules that could accrue value towards micro-credentials and eventually coalesce as a recognised degree. Lifetime access to all materials processes and techniques, refreshed regularly Finally a course like employability should ensure relevant skills attained by the delegate and impact in the market and results in successful qualification and results in a real job opportunity, and development path defined in full into the near future and a focal point to facilitate success in the primary objective.
