“Very good course well structured and presented with excellent tutors and assessors. A great way to get familiar with 'Zoom' and improve I.T. skills. The material was extremely good and incredibly helpful for job search applications and preparing focused CVs and cover letters with feedback. It was an intense course over 5 working days Mon-Fri 9:30 am-4:30 pm with well-timed breaks and sections where the course material could be filled in sent on the website provided and corrected. The candidates can easily correct anything and resubmit during the timeframe. Thanks for a brilliant training session.”

The reason I gave 4 stars is that there were too many people on this for one tutor which led to time wasted because of so many questions from everyone.
Overall though I enjoyed it and want to do more online courses.
