“The tutor was marvellous explained the course and the feed from Zoom was a little glitchy at times she was great. The only thing for self is because of my health issues disabilities with sight mostly and altism and other problems I found very hard to keep up.
My criticism of the course is the way it is held as I live in Colchester and Dedham a village and rely heavily on public transport it would of be useful to have better communications with my location via Colchester City a venue that is mostly easy to get to sometimes?
And to finish I like thank Strive training in my own way by please make some changes to Zoom classes for those with disabilities difficulties please...”

“I've had a really positive experience with Strive Training. The whole process felt supportive, well-structured and genuinely useful. My assessor, Steve, was brilliant. He was friendly, but firm, and never patronising, which is so important when you're learning as an adult. Everything was easy to follow and actually enjoyable.
I particularly enjoyed the webinar as part of the course. Strive brought in a really helpful external voice from the Civil Service, and hearing from someone who has been on both sides of the hiring process gave me a much clearer idea of what employers are really looking for.

“I found the course very informative and thought provoking. It made me think about improvements I can make to my preparation and CV. It also provided an insight into the way the civil services recruits which is useful. My least helpful part was the health and safety section, I didn't really understand how this fits into a course about finding employment. Thank you”
