“I am happy with course overall but I do think people need to have the correct equipment at home to proform the tasks given as they involve a lot of work using different screens.They could be delivered quicker in a classroom setting”

“It was an intensive couse with limited time on many tasks. Useful information most of the time, though I felt it was more orrientated towards people who seek desk based work. Having worked in, and currently seeking, outdoor based roles, I felt there was only so much I could gain from this course. I don't believe this is the fault of any trainers. Instead, this could be as those with outdoors experiance tend not to apply for online trainer roles. This is just speculation though, I have had limited interactions with the members of the training team.
That being said, I have come away each day with a better understanding than I started the day with. I feel more capable of applying for Civil Service roles and feel more confident with how to properly explain my experiance in a relevent manner. Thank you Trina, sorry for any headaches I may have caused you this week!”
