“I haven't had any online courses before,so I don't really have anything to compare this one with. I think it's okay for an entry level course.
A teacher was treating us more like friends, not students. We shouldn't be hearing details about her personal life or complaints or anything that isn't the course material really... But maybe this is how it works here in this country. :) She might need more training herself. A lot of time was wasted because of lack of the structure and organisational skills. I might be wrong, I might be not. Thanks anyway.”

“I completed the Strive Training course to better understand the Civil Service and what is needed to create a successful job application. Trina was a brilliant teacher, the lessons were very thorough and a lot of information was covered. We were taught how to write effective relevant answers to different sections of a chosen job spec. At the end of the course I had drafted job application and my confidence in both applying for roles in the Civil Service and returning to work after extended leave had significantly increased. “It was a very extensive and strenuous training and we learned a lo useful insight.
However it was overwhelming and terrifying in the same time. The obstacles and immense measures one have to come over to be an average public office worker was unbelievable. We were all seasoned in my group and somewhat understood the underlying reasons but I now know why young people gave up to engage in job search. It seems a confidence and soul destroying race fo reach the bottom. And the fact that this training exists …is the perfect proof of this.”
