“The course was very good. Steve was a very good tutor. The course itself was structured well and very interactive. There was a lot of information to get through. “Your sign-up system is not particularly user-friendly, although your customer service has been quite available to resolve things without much fuss. However, the solutions to my requests could have easily been better automated and more transparent on your website.
I also think you could try to be a bit more up-to-date in terms of discussing using AI tools. It feels like the training was just a little out of date in that sense in terms of lack of clarity around using them.”

“I think giving the nature of the course, it needed a bit more of a personal aspect to it, i.e introductions of participants in the first session.
I feel because it was a virtual course, sometimes it could feel a little impersonal than what it would if we were all face to face.”
