“not much civil service content in a civil service training program
exactly what i expected.... about 3hrs worth of civil service content out of the 5 days
the rest of it is AGAIN the usual CV workshop and form filling.... ive done it 5 times now with "Jets" "Restart" "Levels Learning" "Strive" all fancy names for the same week long entry level stuff
i get it... im stuck in the system with people of all skill levels.... i was told to attend by my work coach who put me through the previous workshops.....

The tutor Jackie Douglas, was very professional and skilled in delivering first-class education.
Jackie was always calm, respectful, and considerate of everyone in the class, regardless of their background and created a very inclusive learning environment where everyone felt comfortable asking questions and participating.
The course material was very well-organized and easy to follow. Jackie used a variety of teaching methods, including lectures, demonstrations, and hands-on exercises. She also provided us with plenty of resources to help us learn the material, such as readings, videos, and practice scenarios.”

The course was a good learning curve, you gain of kinds of knowledge I have learned a few things from It and am pleased I did the course. It was also great getting to know your classmates.
Our tutor was Jackie and she was great with everyone, very professional and good at what she did.
