“I requested to pick up the car at one place and drop it off another place and that seemed to be accepted and then later when I looked at my confirmation it was not true I had to go to Inverness to be able to do pick it up and deliver it back”

Hello Craig, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review and I am sorry to hear that you were left feeling disappointed. Unfortunately, due to Covid, the car rental companies had to reduce the size of their rental fleets and now there is a limited supply of rental cars in the market as a result. This reduction in rental fleets, across all car rental providers, along with a recent surge in customer demand has resulted in higher prices than what we would typically see and expect this time of year. This is likely to continue until at least the end of the year, and into next year as the car rental market makes a recovery as more people choose to travel for work and leisure. We would always recommend booking sooner rather than later and you can cancel, completely free of charge, with a full refund, right up until 48 hours of your rental collection date and time.
