“Good comparative presentation of prices and options. But the website booking page makes assumptions about your age and country , and when you try to modify, you have to go back to square one each time! It's time consuming and annoying. Why not ask the relevant questions at the start?”

“We have booked a one type of car and received different type on spot (cheaper one). But the girl on the counter said, that we have booked just a type of car, they dont a guarantee any car model at all. This is was a big suprise for me. The check-in process took 40 min. The girl on the counter offered a different car insurance for me for extra pay. She tried to explain, that my full cover insurance, which I baught on StressFreeCarRental is not good and better to pay extra fees for the local insurance. I decided not to pay extra. Sorry, but I wasnt satisfied with this kind of service.”

“There’s nothing different as far as I can see with other sites. Once you’ve got the results you are handed off to the local supplier who can be stressful or not depending on who they are. I just rented a car and have mind bending gymnastics to work out what sort of insurance I have to take in order to use my debit card as I don’t use a credit card. Maybe it’s different in USA but booking in the UK it’s not stressless.”
