Hello Alex, Thank you for choosing to book through our website and I am sorry that based on your experience you felt the need to leave us a one star review. Our Customer Support team has looked into this and our payment processing system did try to process the payment using your original payment card but your bank had blocked this unfortunately. Please see the notification we received in our payment system: The customer's bank declined that payment, it directed Stripe to block future attempts. “So far so good. This site offered the best price compared to other well known car rental sites I'd used before. The big selling point for me is the insurance cover, with excess protection included in the price. I've only put good as I'd prefer to leave feedback after the rental occurs so I can relay any issues encountered.”
