“My booking was cancelled on the Friday by Alpha Car rental as I did not turn up ut that was becuase my flights (2) were delayed. I tried to contact them by email and by phone from the airport but they were closed. I called first thing Saturday morning to find out that the booking had been cancelled and they had no other available cars. On the Saturday a supervisor was calling me back. They never did. I have followed up with phone calls and have now been told that I have to pick up the matter with Stress Free Car hire as I purchased it through them. This experience has been anything biutu stress free, I would like a refund for the money I spent on a 6 day car hire I never had. Yesterday Alpha said a manager would call me back and of course they have not. I cannot find an Australian number for StressFree carhire. Alpha Car hire have told me that they cannot help me with this. HELP! M”
