“katie dealt with my case with great sensitivity and understanding. At all times, I was made fully aware of my options and, in particular, my legal entitlement. In my view, divorce should not be about maximizing what you can get out of the joint estate, it should be about compromise and the best outcome for all concerned. Katie was instrumental in achieving that. I now see my ex-wife once a week for a catch up on kids etc. I'm more than happy to recommend the firm for that reason.”

“I have not given a good advice, when I contacted the firm I made it clear that I have specific question about religious marriage and divorce after the first meeting I realised they are not specialised in this area, although they know what issue I need the legal advice for and felt only interested in racking up my bills. I will not recommend the firm for a friend.”

“Sometimes life throws unexpected curveballs at me, and I had the horrible situation of having to navigate the curveball of separation with the need for legal advice and support. Gemma Windle and the staff at Stowe Family Law was exactly what I needed! They helped me to navigate the uncertainty by listening to where I was, exploring options and being there until the end. This experience also enabled me to navigate the stress and anxiety that comes with separation. Highly recommended!”

“I would highly recommend against using this company for any legal issues. If you do, then Do Not proceed with Katy Jordan. She is more of a salesman than a lawyer. Highly unprofessional, information not shared between lawyers and barristers. Only responsive when asking for additional funds. Bundles not prepared for court hearings, barristers left chasing their tail due to inadequate preparation from lawyers. Crucial information not noted by lawyers. At one point I even had highly sensitive emails sent to me, intended for another client.”

“Angela Sussens and Team handled my divorce case with kindness, compassion and utmost professionalism which is what you would expect from a top Family Law firm. It was a very difficult time for me, leaving me feeling powerless. Angela and the team negotiated the best possible outcome for me for which I am extremely grateful. Stowe are not cheap, but I am a firm believer in 'you get what you pay for'. They kept the case moving without me having to chase them and as I stated above, I am pleased with the final outcome.”

“I can't praise Maria and Melanie enough. I had a difficult divorce and was also diagnosed with leukaemia half way through my divorce. These two ladies made the whole process a whole lot less stressful. I would personally like to say a massive thank you and Maria secured me an acceptable amount from my ex husband. “I was in a difficult dispute with my ex-husband about contact time with our children. After a disappointing first hearing, I took the decision to change solicitors. Moving to Kate Sarsfield at Stowe was the best decision I made. Kate is warm, compassionate and razor sharp, she very quickly got up to speed and understood my situation and needs. Kate also helped me find the right barrister and we managed to achieve a positive and final agreement at the next hearing.”

“Stowe Family Law have supported me through a difficult divorce and then a further set of proceedings as my ex-wife challenged how much time I had with my children. Kate Sarsfield was always able to provide support and guidance in difficult situations that were particularly stressful at the time. When it came to the court date Lucy Walther was extremely good and handled the build up and the day really well and handled the ridiculous and frustrating tactics from the other side with ease. I’d recommend Stowe Family Law if you’re going through a divorce or childcare proceedings.”

“Excellent service from Stowe Family Law. Hannah Ross was great. She kept my costs down by focusing on the two main points of the case while quickly and effectively answering the others sides plethora of irrelevant questions (resulting in my legal fees being a fraction of the other sides). The barrister she recommended successfully demolished the vast majority of the other sides points in the first court hearing, causing the other side to change their barrister in the second court hearing, where, through the barrister, Hannah and I working closely together we achieved the outcome I wanted - a clean break and most of my pension pot preserved. I highly recommend Hannah and Stowe Family Law.”
