“I was in a difficult dispute with my ex-husband about contact time with our children. After a disappointing first hearing, I took the decision to change solicitors. Moving to Kate Sarsfield at Stowe was the best decision I made. Kate is warm, compassionate and razor sharp, she very quickly got up to speed and understood my situation and needs. Kate also helped me find the right barrister and we managed to achieve a positive and final agreement at the next hearing.”

“Stowe Family Law have supported me through a difficult divorce and then a further set of proceedings as my ex-wife challenged how much time I had with my children. Kate Sarsfield was always able to provide support and guidance in difficult situations that were particularly stressful at the time. When it came to the court date Lucy Walther was extremely good and handled the build up and the day really well and handled the ridiculous and frustrating tactics from the other side with ease. I’d recommend Stowe Family Law if you’re going through a divorce or childcare proceedings.”

“Excellent service from Stowe Family Law. Hannah Ross was great. She kept my costs down by focusing on the two main points of the case while quickly and effectively answering the others sides plethora of irrelevant questions (resulting in my legal fees being a fraction of the other sides). The barrister she recommended successfully demolished the vast majority of the other sides points in the first court hearing, causing the other side to change their barrister in the second court hearing, where, through the barrister, Hannah and I working closely together we achieved the outcome I wanted - a clean break and most of my pension pot preserved. I highly recommend Hannah and Stowe Family Law.”

“Excellent service from Stowe family law. My solicitor name was Harriet Donavan, I was going though a divorce and consent order had a appointment with Harriet who gave me professional advice explaining it in simple term and was given a aftercare pack. Harriet kept me informed every step of the way and was on the phone when I didn’t understand the legal terms. This was probably one of the most stressful situations to be in but Harriet was very empathetic and understanding. I just want to send my personal thanks to Harriet and the firm. “Hanna Ross was my solicitor with out her and her team i don't believe that I would of got the out come that I wanted. Before I used Hanna I was going through legal aid who were really poor and didn't care. After speaking to Hanna and her team i new I had a great chance of winning my case against the social services. Which I did. I would highly recommend using Stowe family law they keep you update with the case and they are willing to adapt to your financial needs were possible.
