“Perfect service. Stove was on sale as an ‘ex shiwroom’ model, but arrived in perfect condition. They were happy to hold the stove for me whilst I arranged for a fitter, and only took payment once this and a delivery date had been arranged. Great help and advice on the phone. Would be confident to recommend them and would certainly use them again.”

I will take a look with the team at how we word our design schematics - we do ask that the installer has to satisfy themselves with our proposal because things can look very different on the ground than on paper, so its a necessary step to make sure it all works and is safe. That's really helpful feedback because it may very well be that we can word it better. Thanks again.
