Their prices are excellent. The flue which I bought from them has performed very well and, being double-skinned, has removed the danger of severe burns from touching it inadvertently. The clip joins make detaching the coolie hat o]portion extremely easy. It was very easy to install. I will certainly return to stovesonline for any future needs.”

The only couple of criticisms being that the flue/installation design team did not supply sufficient length of flue based on my measurements which where pretty comprehensive and the recommended contractor communicated poorly when trying to arrange the additional works.”

“I would highly recommend Stovesonline. We had already found the stove that we wanted and found their website when hunting around for the best price. Stovesonline were not only competitive on price but also had the stove in stock, compared to many other suppliers with a lead time of several weeks. What sealed the deal was the ability to pay a deposit to reserve the stove and pay the balance when arranging delivery - this allowed us to ensure availability but only take delivery some weeks later when our fitters could get to us. I had reason to call and email a few times regarding our order and delivery. Communication was fast, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly - they really were a pleasure to deal with. I am now sitting in front of the stove with a glass of wine and feeling very pleased with it all - fantastic service thanks!”
