I was given good advice by Jamie concerning my tarring up/cold flue issue on my ESSE W35. Whilst for personal reasons I have not yet been able to fit the device required (LK810 Thermomat Load Unit) I have every confidence the unit will solve the issue.

Hi Patrick - glad to hear it, and thanks for leaving us a review. That load unit should really help - I have on on my boiler stove. It will also make your system much more responsive. Without it your hot water cylinder or thermal store will heat up in stages in 10 - 15ºC increments. So if the water is 30ºC that could mean heating the whole tank to 40, then 50, then 60 before you can have a shower. With the load unit it will be heating the tank to around 70ºC from the start - meaning you can have a shower sooner. Thanks again for your review and good luck. Sune

Got a suitable part. Supplier agreed to my suggestion on how I may collect it at the weekend but they did not volunteer the idea and it did take time to explain it to them and the initial response was tough luck ‘we don’t do that’.

Hi Ian, thanks for your review and not marking us down even though it sounds like we could have been a little more helpful or flexible. I think its the first time we've been asked to leave a part out for someone to collect but I will check. If it isn't then we should try to think of a way to make it possible but safer - both from theft but also the weather. A box with combination lock is one instant idea that would be fairly pragmatic. If it is indeed the first time then I still think it sounds like we could have done a bit more "out of the box" thinking here perhaps so will chat that through with the team. I'm not certain what you mean by "industrialize and professionalize" - I'd appreciate it if you might find the time to elaborate? I will email you direct to ask as I would like to know. So I'm glad that you got your part in the end, but think we perhaps could have had a more "can do" attitude here, so: sorry about that. Thanks for saying because then we can look to improving!
