We are about to move to a new system which will automagically alert us to mismatches between the outlet size of a stove and the flue diameter - so I think this is in hand for the future. Sorry you had a bad time with us Ginny - not our intention at all. We run a specialist website called workshopstoves.co.uk which is where you placed an order for a silicone flashing. Our address and details are clearly shown on the site on each page - we aren't trying to hide or anything. I have checked through your order and you placed an order for a square flashing, but you wanted a round one. Unfortunately we only list and offer the square version on that site. But what I did see though was that the instructions shown on the page are for a round one, which is misleading. Not deliberately misleading of course, but I will get that changed. Just to let you know those fitting instructions have now been updated so that they show a square flashing to match the main image flashing. Thanks for drawing my attention to that and sorry again.
