Easy to speak with a knowledgeable person, and go to site and select storage unit required. Reason for 3 rather than 5 stars - not enough room to reverse up to, line up tail lift to storage unit, otherwise would get 5 stars. Beware - it may not be possible to open storage unit doors completely, as recessed compared to next unit - we have this issue, which is annoying. Ideally would have had adjacent storage unit, but we were unable to close it properly when we tested it out.

Affordable solution customised to individual needs. The rotational period is shortened to increase the payment per calendar month. But the updates are regular and the communication with an agent is easier than I expected. I would suggest that the promotion is enhanced, because I hadn't found the service until after quite some search. Also politeness and friendly approach.

Easy transaction, all done and dusted very quickly. However, it's hellishly expensive, which is why it's only 3 stars.

Quote acceptable and reasonable - easy to get and understand. Was expecting an email confirmation of the cover, only because this is standard practice with other insurance companies. However, details are available within the MyAccount section of the website.

Disappointed that the price has doubled in 12 months and quadrupled in 18 months. Will be looking elsewhere next time.

I found it impossible to contact the office to renew my fixed term policy to a rolling 28 day one, despite 7 attempts over 2 days! Had the online system allowed me to use the same email adress for this, then there would have been no issue. Eventually, after emailing 3 times, I was given a managers mobile number to contact. He asked me to apply on line, despite me telling him that I had tried several times and it had rejected the login each time. He did try himself, then agreed the system was at fault & referred it to his IT dept. They had to clear & reset my email adress before it would accept any login details. So we'll done for sorting it out 9/10. Rubbish at office to answering phone 0/10.

Good price but very bad system... I have not received any email of confirmation of the insurance I have purchased, the website log in does not work properly...
