“Found it by chance, excellent price compared to taking a policy with the storage people. Very easy to take the policy out online (and renew it), and also there is someone at the end of a phone if you have any questions. They provide all cover required by the storage company, and will send you proof of it. Highly recommend”

“Probably very good if you are using an "approved" store, but not clear from website when getting a quote (and thinking everything is OK) that the store you've chosen isn't acceptable to the insurers. A cross check of the store address against the approved stores can't be that difficult.”

We believe we make it sufficiently clear on the website that goods must be stored in a recognised self storage facility. We are in the process of updating our quote form to make this even clearer. We thank you for your feedback.
