“Fabulous quality product and wonderful customer service. The team bent over backwards to accommodate my order and even stored it for a couple of weeks until I had the team ready to lay the tiles. I couldn't recommend them higher.”

“I just want to say how much I appreciate the service I received from Charley at Stone Direct. Charley was amazing, her advice invaluable and I couldn't be more pleased with the product. I purchased a quarter circle in slate at for a very reasonable price. The slate was delivered as specified. The whole process was excellent from start to finish and I would have no hesitation in recommending Charley and the team to friends and family.”

“Good customer service for the order but the delivery company were awful and I was told by the driver i had to unload the hearth from the lorry myself and the lorry had no tail lift!!”

Thank you for your review. I can only apologise on behalf of our hauliers as they are contracted to deliver on a Tail Lift vehicle, and obviously, on this rare occasion this did not happen, for which we cannot apologise enough.
