“Great service from everyone I spoke to and dealt with - from the lady in the office who arranged for me to visit the supplier so I could view the tiles through to the order team and delivery guy. Everyone was friendly and professional and the quality of the tiles is outstanding.”

“These floor tiles are awesome!! Beautiful quality in a gorgeous powdery grey shade. I am an interior designer and have purchased many types of stone flooring over the years and the quality and price of this flooring is excellent. The service was great too,Eleni answered all of my many questions in a timely manner and was very helpful.The whole process went off without a hitch. I would definitely use Stone Deals in the future.”

“Would be 5* other than delivery. Arrived on pallet on large lorry which was no problem until the driver came to get it off. The pallet was too shallow for him to get his fork lift under and the only way to get it down was for me to help lift it onto the top of the forks then balance it and lift it off again where it was to be left. As a 60yr old woman, I'm pretty strong but lifting this weight at floor level has left me with a problem hip. As for the tiles, I love them and my tiler had no problems fitting them”

“I have purchased a number of times from Stonedeals. The goods I received are of a very high quality and the company itself is efficient in dispatching the goods and following up queries. The staff on the telephone are very helpful. The only issue I have had is with the delivery company where sometimes the driver is very helpful but on another occasion the driver may be rushing and will not give you the agreed time to sample check the delivery which makes the process of receiving the goods a bit stressful. It is more of an issue where one or more full pallets are ordered. Overall I am very pleased with my purchases and would certainly buy more goods from Stonedeals in the future.”

“Have not laid them yet and still awaiting for a pattern layout. They weren't packed very good and may I suggest that different sizes are packed together to take the weight of the smallest ones which are at the bottom. We had ONE broken, a photo was taken by delivery man”

Dear Customer, We have checked the details and the pattern layout was sent as soon as requested, the information is also displayed on our website. From what we understand, you do not have a tiler and trying to do this job on your own, hence you'd like to know more about laying this pattern. This is a standard pattern and a competent tiler will have no problem in repeating the pattern displayed on our website therefore we suggest to hire a tiler as soon as possible. “We ordered sample through ebay and then telephoned to ensure that our following order was the same as the sample. At first we were told that the full order would be seconds if made through ebay but this was then corrected by email saying it would NOT be seconds. However, when the order arrived, it was labelled as ebay seconds- and sure enough it was!”

“Extremely helpful we were a returning customer who need extra tiles for extension -they told us our original tile and they calculated the extra we needed. Not being del till end June so cannot comment on delivery”

“Stone deals and the delivery driver was very helpful while the travertine and split face tiles were all very well packed and in excellent condition and great value for money. I got a call just before the driver dropped the crate off so that i could meet him and he put the tiles exactly where i wanted them. So all around fantastic service. I only wish i had ordered the adhesive from their website too.”

“Good product and nicely selected colour and quality. Received order within 5 working days, which is good and it was well packaged and had very minimal damage. (2 chipped edges out of 135 pieces.) Would definitely use this company again and recommend to our clients.”
