“After searching everywhere, I decided on Stone Deals for travertine floor tiles, they were cheaper than most but the quality of the tiles is really good, lovely warm colours & crisp edges. They were well packed, with no damage. The courier in my case was the only negative, far to slow, bad communication & a wasted day off work waiting the delivery. I would however, still use Stone Deals again & recommend them to anyone who wants quality tiles at a reasonable price.”

“I ordered some tiles and triggered payment through PayPal, then I was told you didn't have the tiles in stock although your web site did show you did. I now have to wait until stock arrives and the await delivery, tiler I had arranged had to be told he couldn't start. not happy!”

Dear Customer, Thank you for your feedback. Our website does not do real time stock check. If we realise that an order is placed and there is no available stock, the customer is notified immediately. Than the customer has the option to cancel the order or wait for the new stock. In this case, the customer decided to wait. “Deliver arrived on time albeit the pallet was damaged so we had to unload half a pallet by hand Very pleased with the condition and quality of the tile We had only 3 damaged tiles in an order of 50M2 Overall we are delighted with the product Thank you”

“The service from stone deals was excellent and the tiles were delivered on time as promised. The office staff were very helpful. Unfortunately, however, the product was not so good. I should have known - you get what you pay for - but the quality of the limestone tile was not great. In particular, the tiles weren't actually cut square so the job took our tiler an extra two days' work because he had to trim them all to make the floor look neat. The difference in the lengths of the diagonals of a 600mm tile varied by up to 15mm! Be warned! Given the option again I would go for a more expensive tile.”

Dear customer, thank you for your feedback. We checked the product you have purchased and we are surprised that you have experienced a problem in this nature as we do not receive complaints of this such. Also checking the size of the material, you have purchased 610mm x 610mm tile (Not 600mm tile). Can you please clarify what the exact problem is?
