“I spoke to Lucy over the phone and she was very knowledgeable about the tiles I required, advising me of the formation I required for the modular pattern I had chosen. As this was a part order, she advised on the amount of tiles I would require initially and provided advice on the tile fixative, grout and sealer. Delivery was speedy via a transport company who happened to be quite local to us. We expect to place the remaining part of our order in the next month or so and have every confidence that all will go well. Many thanks.”

“Hello I found your advert on eBay, had some questions so rang customer services . My questions were answered and order placed by phone . Delivery was prompt and tiles were what was ordered. “Goods were ordered on economy delivery, unfortunately I was not available when the carrier phoned me so I missed the delivery. I collected from the carriers depot, and apart from 2 small tiles which were packed into the crate the wrong way round, there were no other damages.”
