“Tiles arrived safely, securely packaged, on time and good communications from courier. My adverse comments would be, the small pallet used for delivery is not suitable for hand pallet trucks (only forklifts). I happen to be an expert on this being on the BSI & ISO Pallet Committees. This leads to unsafe handling as the only option to transport from the vehicle (if a forklift is not available as on most occasions for kerbside delivery) with a hand pallet truck by breaking the bottom slat for entry, endangering the handling procedure and potentially causing damage to the load. The other point would be the two page disclaimer if each tile is not inspected prior to sign off. Completely unmanageable but with using the wrong pallets probably necessary. Very poor packaging management ..... spoken from a 30yr professional in the subject!”

“I ordered the silver luna polished marble which came on time and is absolutely stunning. Unfortunately I didn't order enough so put in an additional order but when it came there were a few problems with it. I called Eleni who immediately ordered some replacements to come the next day, these were hand picked by the supplier and extra wrapped. Eleni could not have been more helpful. A certain amount of problems are unavoidable and it's how a company deals with them that is key, I will definately purchase from Stonedeals in the future following this experience.”

“Eleni at Head Office could not have been more helpful. Prompt, efficient, well informed, went the extra mile to answer any questions. Very very happy with product - it is currently being laid and looking fab! I will submit photos once the walls are painted as want to do the product justice.”

“The whole process was fantastic from start to finish. The product is superb quality and a great price. Eleni was amazing, and so helpful. She made some great suggestions and sent me samples. When I couldn't make up my mind, she directed me to one of Stone Deals (very helpful) local suppliers to see the full tiles. The product I chose - Canvay Grey Matt Porcelain - couldn't be more perfect for my studio. I am thrilled. Great company, great product, great service. Highly recommend them.”

“Very happy Lovely looking stone. Fitted myself. Not the easiest product. Perhaps get it prof fitted because a quality saw is needed. The sealer has bad fumes for so beware if you have children On the whole would def buy again from this company. Great price.”
