I initially ordered the wrong size and found the returns process really easy, with prompt emails updating me when the returned jacket had been received and when I was likely to receive the refund.”

“Hi, sadly the recent jacket I purchased doesn't fit well. Not sure what has happened with the cut as I had a Oakan winter jacket about 4 years ago that was fine. I intially tried the XL which was too tight and then the XXL is too baggy and the back pockets are too high up the back. I have now worn the jacket, once, so can't send back. It's a shame.”

“Need to get sizi g for UK women more accurate. I am a size 8. But I bought medium women’s on advisement of a female friend who has had to purchase male size to fit . One of my purchases is very tight. Size medium on a UK size 8 should not be sooo tight on the body and sleeves. But I do love the graphic designs - keep that up.!”

“I did have some issues with a product I’d ordered and paid for online then being out of stock and then it suddenly becoming available again once I’d already chosen an alternative and then it was delayed so I didn’t get it for ages… BUT the customer service I received from Alison at Stolen Goat was absolutely amazing! If only other companies had an Alison who would treat customers so well! She is a huge asset to Stolen Goat and I’m thrilled with the products I received in the end!”
