“Overall the service was good however I did find the postage and packaging charge expensive. My husband reported that the gloves I bought him were not warm enough to use for winter despite them being purchased as your winter gloves and I have had to get him another pair. The gloves from you are still very nice and will be used later in the year.”

“Excellent customer service, shipping was very fast, needed to contact them before ordering they replied quickly via email. I have ordered multiple sizes as wasn't sure of fit of jacket. Once arrived quality of jacket was excellent, just what needed for winter cycling. Return process was easy and refund was quick.”

“We ride a lot in the cold (down to the single digits F) and I recently gifted myself the Adventure Down Jacket. It is a great outer layer on those frosty mornings and when it warms up above freezing, the sleeves zip right off to keep from overheating. As an added bonus, it looks and feels great off the bike to knock around town.”

“Alison provided excellent customer service to ensure that I received the right-size shorts and leg warmers. I am very pleased with the quality of the clothing. On the negative side, the sizing guidance for your clothing is very poor. I closely followed the guidance but the items were far too small, which resulted in me having to return and re-order. If you can get your size guidance to be more accurate/realistic you'll be perfect!”

“I purchased a number of items from Stolen Goat as Christmas presents for my daughter. They all fitted well, were of great quality and gratefully received! Perhaps more importantly, their courier let Stolen Goat down and me (big time). I contacted the customer service team and they sorted it out. The team were efficient, helpful and prompt. Thank you.”

“Unfortunately the size was wrong. The woman’s sizing chart seems very inaccurate. The XL suggests it would be suitable for a size 14. I doubt it would fit a size 10”

Our sizing charts are the best guide for the vast majority of customers although we all have our own preference of fit. We can see you ordered a Large which very roughly equates to a UK size 12 - not a 14. We're always happy to exchange for another size if you get in touch. We hope this helps. With best wishes Alison
