“Having been off the bike for over ten years I'm struck by the changes in cycling clothing. New names, new fabrics, new styles and fits. My old kit is either worn-out or doesn't fit, so I've been steadily rebuilding a cycling wardrobe. This was my fourth Stolen Goat order of the year and I continue to be impressed by the website, the products, and the quick, reliable delivery service. This time around I visited the 'Outlet' part of their site and bought a pair of Orkaan bibknicks and armwarmers for spring. I've figured out the SG sizing by now and these items were spot-on. I've put 100 hilly miles into the 3/4 bibs and I'm very pleased with the fit and comfort-under-effort. I haven't used the armwarmers yet but they look great and fit nicely around the house. Hassle-free, good-quality gear with a look and style of its own.”

“I have just bought the ladies down cycle jacket in bright orange. It's a great piece of kit. Very warm - I was a bit sceptical about the side panels which seemed flimsy, but as soon as I got on the bike I understood what that design is all about. Only one suggested improvement. A label inside the sleeve to indicate which sleeve is right and which is left would help when reassembling the jacket after a cafe stop! Otherwise I don't want to take the jacket off!”

“C&C gloves I purchased gloves as they were described as deep winter gloves my hands were freezing on a 3 mile ride the day before I had rode 20 miles in some gloves from Aldi I did complain about them but was told I needed silk under gloves I’m not someone who feels the cold usually I ride all year round and ride a motorcycle so I’m used to the cold I also purchased a winter cap that’s very comfortable and warm”

Hi Andrew Many thanks for taking the time to leave a review although we're disappointed you didn't get back to us because we did offer to do our best to help if you felt the C&C gloves weren't going to be of any use to you. These are one of our most popular items and we have many 5 star reviews on the website with lots of customers saying they're the best winter gloves they've ever had. Depending on how much you feel the cold, in current temps (which have been exceptionally low and below our UK average) we suggested you might benefit from wearing silk liners underneath them. We do hope in slightly warmer temps, you'll find them incredibly useful and comfortable but our offer still stands: if you really don't feel they are going to be of any use to you, please get back to us and we'll do our best to help. “I ordered two jerseys but the fit was a bit too tight. I requested replacements in a larger size and they were dispatched before I returned the originals. Alison Ballard organised this and said I could compare the two different sizes. My second choice was still too small, so I had to request a larger size - XXL. This was too big, so I then finally selected XL size. These fit perfectly and are really good quality jerseys - and warm. Your customer service has been fantastic throughout my many returned orders. Always very helpful and I have been kept up to date with all delivery schedules. Really impressed with service and products. I will recommend you and order again.”

“I bought vans and upstart swimsuits. Great quality good to see bust support. Lovely bold colours. Unfortunately they come up quite small so I had to request an exchange, this was not a problem and I received very good service from Alison.”
