“I had an issue with the Strava discount code which was a little frustrating but Eimear was a star and took care of it. The after solving the the bibshorts I had ordered were backordered, but I elected to wait for those to be delivered afterwards.. Alison took care of that. Obviously I'd have preferred to get both delivered at the same time, but the service to resolve the issue was fantastic, so cant ask for more.. - Thanks Ian”

“I requested additional World Bicycle Relief customised Stolen Goat clothing to help me promote my charity ride, completing Scotland’s North Coast 500 in 5 days. They were kind enough to provide the jerseys & gilet at cost. All 3 garments fitted perfectly and were fantastic items given the conditions I faced in the Highlands. I’ve never tried their shorts, but will order a pair when I need some for next season.”
