“Took too long, not enough notice of what was happening. Even if it was a third-party issue, I wasn't aware of what was happening. I ordered from 'stolen goat' and that is who I associate the delays with, not whomever you contract with. Sorry, it may not be fair but it is what it is. If your supply chain lets you down, it reflects on SG. That said, nice design on the top that I bought and I'm looking forward to wearing it.”

Dear Mieke, Thanks for sharing your experience of your recent order. We're sorry about the unforseen delay in gettting your order to you. Ordinarilty our made-to-oder custom kit takes up to 10 weeks to make with shipping on top of this. Unfortunatley we expereinced a one-off glitch in our shipping system which slowed things down for us. We're sorry for this and it has been since resolved.
