“When I first received them I thought wow, they are so comfortable, however, after only a couple of wears the foam inside started to fall out, and the laces have now started to split after no more than 6 wears. It is a real shame as they look great and were very comfortable.”
“I have always found your brand to be the most comfortable shoe for me. Literally i just take the shoes out of the box and put them on immediately and they fit like a glove. No need to even run them in.
In total contrast I find your website appalling and completely unworkable and so wish that there was a telephone number to place my order instead. !!

“I've ordered a number of Steptronic shoes over the years. All have been really good quality and lasted for a long time. Soft leather and padded sole make these very comfortable. I wear a G width fit in most makes and Steptronics fit perfectly. Their refund procedure is very prompt which makes ordering shoes less worrying. My latest are Ilfords which look great, better than in the photo.”
