“The quality of the shoes are good. The service was not. One of the two pairs I ordered were available on the web store but not in stock. I needed th in a hurry for a funeral. It took several emails backwards and forwards to realize that the available pair had not been sent and that there were no other options, leaving me with less than 48 hours to find an alternative elsewhere.”

“I have been buying these shoes for my son for the last fifteen years. He is on his feet for 13+ hours every day as he works in hospitality. These shoes are incredibly comfortable and wear very well. Our only criticism is that his last couple of pairs have transferred a bright yellow dye onto his socks and ruining them. Perhaps this could be looked at. I have told him to write separately to you to try and get this solved.”
