“I ordered the Nash chukka boot. It was delivered quickly, appeared well made and was at a good price. Sadly, however, it was effectively a half size larger than other shoes I wear - I'm normally a UK size 8/EU 42. Steptronics do not offer half sizes for this shoe so I've had to return it for a refund. The returns process was simple, although I had to pay for the return which was s little disappointing.”
“Against my better judgement I odered the Yorks in size 9 which is half a size bigger than normal. On getting one out of the box, my initial reaction was "Wow - that's a very short shoe". Sure enough it was comfortable at the ankle and arch - but no room for my toes. The returns process is complicated by the minimal original packaging which the review won't accept a Poor rating, but DPD were effeicient in getting them back to Steptronic. Steptronic's communication on receipt is non-existent, and I'm still waiting for the refund minus the £4.99 fine for not living with undersized shoes, which they want 10 unnaceptable days to get to my bank. Won't risk it again.”

“Unfortunately both shoes tried were too big despite being 2 sizes smaller than usual
No exchange policy so lost 12 pounds just returning shoes and ended up with nothing !

“Sadly disappointed. I had been looking at these shoes for ages and desperately wanted them to fit.
Although, as expected,they were wide enough, they were too big in length. The width and length were equivalent to a standard size 8, which were no good to me as as I had ordered a size 6.
I will not order again as I can't afford to keep paying postage for returned items.
