“I have found Steptronic shoes to be a great combination of high quality and comfort. Quite expensive but very well made.
My only negative comment is the couriers who dump parcels at the property without even attempting to ring the bell!”

“I love my new pair of Franco’s. I’ve had Steptronics before and glad to be back with a pair for the office. In my view the best blend of comfort and style there is and with the heritage of Northampton, England shoe making. The leather is of clear quality and the sheep skin lining is wonderful, oh and the new shoe smell is sublime! Just one point which almost put me off ordering - no option of free returns, unlike most other top brands. Had the shoes not fitted correctly, paying for a return wouldn’t have been the end of the world but it does make Steptronic uncompetitive in customer service vs. their peers.”

“Be careful. Should you nod like your shoes/boots and you have to return for refund you will not have original postage or return postage refunded. In total this has cost me C. £18.00.
There is a lot to be said for shopping on the high street. It cheaper !”
