“I thought the shoes were very well made and the style was excellent. Unfortunately, for me they did not have the width across the front of foot. This was disappointing but I would still recommend these shoes for normal width feet.”

“The shoes are of great quality but the cost of delivery and returns are excessive - buyer beware.
I ordered my usual size 9 shoes in the sale and accepted the £6 delivery charge. On receipt of the shoes they were slightly too big and wanted to return them and perhaps order the size down. I then find out there are no exchanges and it will cost me £4.99 to return and then another £6 delivery on the next pair. This is crazy costs which means I will never buy another pair of shoes from your company as almost all other businesses have sensible delivery and return costs.
Oh well it cost me £10 for the privilege of buying and returning a pair of shoes - lesson learnt never again.”
Thank you for your feedback Trevor. As a small business unfortunately we have to apply shipping and returns fees, but we do try and have these as low as possible for our customers. For example on returns, our customers can choose to use an alternative returns option should they wish, and we also offer free shipping on orders over £90.
“Mega comfy shoes. These are like wearing carpet slippers, but look really smart. No need for weeks of breaking the shoes in. Comfy and beautifully snug fit from the outset. So comfy inside. I think the soles will last a good long time to.”
“Very good comfortable foot wear. The only thing I will say is that you need a ticker sole to get the full warmth and comfort and the more work type shoes are thinner. I hope that they do not stop the Thruxton range as it is exceptionally comfortable.”

Courier also was problematic as delivery was missed due to tracking software being wrong - if I wanted to go to a shop to collect my shoes I wouldn’t be buying online! Overall poor experience which has tested my loyalty to Steptronics.”
