Puts you off ordering in the future , you have to pay for the return and based on having to return both pairs of shoes ordered , they came with a free pair of slippers but couldn’t return both pairs in the bag provided . X2 shipmen’s changes to x4 returns which comes out at £20.00 way too much and doesn’t encourage you to purchase again .”

“Priducts are very good. But by far the best I have bought and would dearly love to replace with an exact replica is your GlenEagles in Brown M5566308L. You have steadfastly refused to produce that shoe, thought you have produced and I have purchased the Glen replacement. I doubt it is quite as good and I would much prefer you did as I suggested and make Gleneagles again, albeit under another name if you need to.”

“I bought a pair of brown suede Nash boots. They are super comfortable from the moment I put them on my feet and from that perspective, they're a 5 out of 5. Unfortunately, what lets them down massively is the durability of the outer sole and heel. I've probably worn these no more than ten times and they are already well on their way to being ruined. “This is very simple. Steptronic shoes are very comfortable, durable and good value for money. I have a pair that is about 9 years old now and they are still like new after much wear. The padded heel makes them comfortable for people - like me - with foot and joint problems. The website is easy to navigate and delivery is prompt and efficient.”
“I find Steptronic shoes really comfortable. The only negative is that their sizes are not wholly consistent. Different shoes of the same size are actually slghtly different. That said, their returns system works very well and after some toing and froing, I now have the right sizes. I'm delighted with the outcome.”
