“Botched products, cheap pdf « supplied » to fix their shits, too f’n greedybto offer proper replacement for damaged parts. Worst experience ever. P.S. we cannot complain about « customer service »’THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT SFG.”

“Aside from the incredibly long wait to receive my copy of Dark Souls: The Roleplaying Game due to initial poor editing and management by the publisher, my experience in getting my hands on my product (that I had already paid for) was very dissatisfying. I recently moved and had informed customer service beforehand so that when my copy of the book eventually shipped, it wouldn't be even more delayed. However, when the book shipped, it shipped to my previous address. When it arrived there, it was not forwarded to my new address like everything else, it was returned to sender. When I contacted Steamforged Game about this (I had to try a few times, I might add), I was informed that they had no record of my messages to update my address and that I would have to pay an extra shipping fee if I wanted my book THAT I HAD PAID FOR WELL OVER A YEAR AGO. So, because Steamforged decided that they couldn't find my earlier attempt to update my address, they held my book until I paid an extra fee.”

“I send an email to cancel the order. Never got a reply. After the order got send i send a new email. Still did not got a reply. After i received the order i sejd it back. Still never got any message back.”
