I’ve bought loads of stuff from here before, but recently a cardigan and jumper which weren’t brilliant quality or fit. That bit is fine, but I’ve had to pay to return which I think is a little naughty these days for an online company.

Disappointed with this order. Ordered normal size and received very large size. Paid for delivery and return. Waste of money.

Unfortunately I had to return the trousers as they swamped me. I really wanted to love them since they looked fantastic on the model. The quality of the fabric was lovely but sadly not for me at 5’ tall/small. I also find paying for delivery and return difficult as I had nothing to show for it. I understand it is difficult for smaller businesses but it puts me off ordering in the future

Paid for delivery and paid for return. Not a great motivator for me to use this site again. Returned the item as the hood feels too big relative to the size of the fleece. Also the colour means it’ll always get make up on it. Not worth the price.

Item took a week to arrive. Jumper was not the fit, colour or quality expected. Had to return at a cost of nearly £9.00 as no free returns under £150. Jumper was over £100. Won’t use again.

I ordered 4 articles which arrived promptly. Unfortunately one of the tops was completely wrong. Instead of a man's medium t-shirt I received a women's extra large top. This has been returned and I am awaiting a refund.

Compared with other retailers, it’s a shame I had to pay for postage and return items. I had spent a lot of money so I would have expected postage to of been included, to compete with the market. Delivery was slower than expected also compared with competitors. Products are good. Jumper is lovely and fit is too size. Sweatpants were not fit to size. I bought xs and I’m a size 8. They were too big on the waist and hips and too long on the leg. I’d need an xxs in your sizes. Id say the xs small the equivalent of 10/12. So either readjust sizing ie get rid of xs and or design petite fitting, sweatpants I really liked, so it’s a shame. Customer service has been good,

Unfortunately the item came up small and I have returned it. I was also sad to have to pay for postage both ways for such an expensive item.

I returned the items sadly as the vat had to be paid by myself and it made the items very expensive indeed so I never actually saw the product They look great online

Lovely clothing, nice materials and colours. Unfortunately the tax on import to Ireland and delay with delivery took away from all this -€35 extra and 2 weeks! Won’t be ordering ads in for this reason , would have otherwise.

I ordered two items which were out of stock and literally everything else I have seen on site that I like is out of stock- seems a real issue. I was given a discount after the second order failed but who has time for all of this? I want quick easy shopping.

Hi Nikki I am so sorry that you have yet to receive your goods. During busy periods such as Black Friday we do say it can take up to 7 days for delivery. Unfortunately there have also been 3 days of strikes in the last week which has caused huge problems for us and many other online retailers. I really am sorry for any inconvenience. Best regards Ben

Hello, I have received my blue sweatshirt, sadly I had to return it as it was too small.. The XL is not Xl at all sadly..I normally buy size L but wanted it to be roomy. But this was not the case..The quality was ok but the blue was not a vivid as the photo..I was a bit disappointed as I have friends who have used this brand and my sweatshirt was not as good quality.

Sorry not satisified with the order. One item wrong completely from what I ordered as picked incorrectly at despatch side and quality not as expected sorry. Have returned.
