“Fantastic customer service. I ordered some stuff for my wife and St Bert’s had sent the wrong size in error. When I emailed about it they sent the right size out straight away with a free returns label. I’m really impressed with the way they made things right.”

“I like the designs but would welcome more information on the website about sizing as the sweatshirt I ordered is short and I'm a pretty average 5 ft 6". The height of the model and / or length of garment would be useful. Also stock control isn't up to date. I also ordered a t-shirt only to get an email after the order had gone through to say it wasn't available. Someone could have contacted me to ask if I would like a different t-shirt. I haven't ordered an alternative as I don't want to pay postage again.”

“I absolutely love your clothes. I have bought 5 items this summer - all are well made, so comfortable, fabulous colours, so tactile, fun - I love them all and always get lots of compliments. I'm not really your demographic as a middle aged northerner with a menopausal belly so I'll spare you any photos but just wanted to say thank you. Great brand.”
